Weight Loss Workout to Lose Pounds Fast!
Here is a 6 step weight loss workout to help you lose pounds fast. Remember to warm up your body first before doing any form of exercise.
1. The first step is to do 15 weight jump squats with 5-15 pound dumbbells. This will help you tone up all your leg muscles including your bum, hips and thighs. If jumping is to hard you can use a chair to stand and sit holding the weights. If you have joint problems in your noise then using a chair is recommended rather than jumping.
Take a 1 minute rest after doing number this.
2. Now do 15 jump squats again but eliminate the weights this time. Again you can use a chair to sit and stand if you don’t want to or can’t jump.
Take another 1 minute break.
3. Take the press up position and use your hands to move 100 feet forward. You should place a mat or a towel under your feet to allow you to move easier. If you don’t have 100 feet of space just go forward and back until you estimate you have covered 100 feet.
4. Go straight into doing 100 jumping jacks.
Take a 1 minute break.
5. Now do 20 push ups.
6. Go straight into the 100 ski steps exercise. Picture how you would walk with skis on and mimic this action by jumping with your right foot forward and the left back and then vice versa.
After the above take a 2-5 minute break and then repeat the steps 1-3 more times. It is always recommended to consult a doctor when you undertake any new exercise routines.
